He graduated in all security ranks and worked his way up to management level in one of country’s leading security company. It was in 2008 when he explored his entrepreneurial spirit and this led to the birth of Kgiba protection Services. Crime in our country is escalating at an alarming rate. It is also negatively affecting the profitability and operational plans of various businesses as well as government institutions. It is for this reasons that Kgiba Protection Services has endeavoured to take part in the private security industry so as to play a role in developing new tactics that will ensure that properties and other forms of assets are protected. Joseph in his personal capacity, used to work for ADT security for at least 15 years both on Supervisory and management positions. During his time at ADT he gained so much experience and in the early 2008 he pursued interest in establishing Kgiba Protection Services. Having worked with the investigating company called Polygraph Africa as a private investigator and conducting polygraph testing for a period of 4 (four ) years and also having dealt with theft and all criminal offences that need to be investigated, Joseph Motsoeneng’s vast experience will surely work to the advantage of Kgiba Protection Services.
