Ascona Trading is an established trading concern in South Africa, involved primarily with the export of Steel and related products into Africa.
WE SPECIALISE IN THE PROCUREMENT OF GOODS TO YOUR REQUIREMENTS AND CONSOLIDATING LOADS WHETHER BY LAND, AIR, OR SEA.
Our general trading division handles the export of an enormous variety of goods from Air Compressors to Float Glass to Meat to Zest Electric Motors, whether by Land, Sea, or Air.

From humble beginnings Ascona Trading has become a major player in Exporting a variety of products from South Africa into Africa and abroad. This has largely been as a result of our commitment to being a reliable and honourable supplier no matter how big or small our clients and their requirements may be. By assisting our customers with the smaller orders, we have often been rewarded by getting the really big ones and we are proud to have dealt with individuals, all the way through to the likes of CREC, who are the second largest Construction Company in the World. We also handle airfreight and seafreight to various African destinations. We stock a wide range of industrial supplies including, but not limited to Electrical cable, grinding discs, pneumatic hoses and fittings, welding consumables, PPE, engine filters and gaskets, hand tools, Solvents and more. The primary use (70%) of asphalt/ bitumen is in road construction, where it is used as the glue or binder mixed with aggregate particles to create asphalt concrete. Its other main uses are for bituminous waterproofing products, including production of roofing felt and for sealing flat roofs. We are able to supply from Ceramic and Porcelin Tiles to Basins, Toilets, Baths et cetera, at highly competitive export prices. Within a week or two we can have most structures fabricated and then it will be ready for transportation. We can also assist with the erection of the Structure if you wish, no matter where You are. We supply various Brands of pumps for these and other applications. Ascona Trading is an Agent for Promax Welding Consumables and sells both locally in Gauteng, and into Africa.
